These terms and conditions govern the use of the PolyMenu platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose

PolyMenu is a SaaS platform that allows restaurants to create a digital menu accessible via QR code, receive orders through several channels (WhatsApp, email, printer, webhook) and manage their customer base.

2. Registration and account

To use the platform, the restaurant must create an account with a name, a WhatsApp number and a password. The restaurant is responsible for the confidentiality of its credentials and for any activity carried out on its account.

3. Subscription and payment

Use of the platform is subject to a subscription (free trial, then weekly, monthly or quarterly subscription). Payment is made online through the integrated payment services (CinetPay).

Price changes never affect subscriptions that have already been paid.

4. Restaurant obligations

The restaurant agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws.
• Not publish illegal content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Maintain an active subscription to continue receiving orders and generating QR codes.

5. Customer orders

Orders placed by customers are forwarded to the restaurant according to the configured reception mode. An order is always saved in the database, regardless of the notification result.

6. Intellectual property

The platform and its content (texts, software, visuals) are protected by intellectual property law. The content published by the restaurant (menu, logo, photos) belongs to it.

7. Limitation of liability

PolyMenu strives to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The liability of PolyMenu is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

The restaurant may cancel its subscription at any time. In case of non-payment, expiration of the subscription or failure to comply with these terms, access to the features may be suspended or terminated.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the place of establishment of PolyMenu. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
